Size and colour exchanges are accepted as long as the product is new and still has the tags on it. The customer is responsible for shipping the item back to us and we will make the size and/or colour exchange and ship the new product to the customer free of charge.
Returns should be sent using insured Parcel Post only.

- If merchandise is defective, send the product back to Team Car Flag Ireland with a note describing the problem with the product and your preference of a refund or exchange.
- If we made a mistake on your order, we will reimburse your return surface shipping fee with a Credit Note/Voucher. - For faster service, please include a copy of your invoice or a note with your customer number explaining any necessary instructions. - All returns are courteously processed as soon as practical. Please allow up to two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your monthly credit card statement. Refund cheques will be mailed.
The returns department requests that we allow 2-3 weeks turn around time for the issuance of credit or for the shipping of an exchange.

- Save the item and its packaging.
- Notify us immediately and we will advise you how to proceed.
